A/C Name Colombo Montessori Teacher Training Centre. Do not pay your fees to any one in the Colombo office. Centre is not responsible for any payments made to the Colombo office. If you have paid any fees to the Colombo office, you request a bank pay in slip from the office next day. If you do not hold a pay in slip to prove your payment, you are considered as not paid. Registration Fees Registration fees should be paid to the bank directly to the bank account given above. Registration fees should be paid after your application has been approved. On approval of registration we will issue you with a preregistration student ID number. Please pay your registration fees for you to register for the training.ou Pay your registration fees to the bank with your pre-registration number. If not you will not be enrolled as a trainee teacher. It is advisable that you should pay the 1st month course fees along with the registration fees. Until you pay your 1st month payment and registration fees, you will not be able to enter for lectures. List of name of students will be sent to the Colombo office one day before the commencement of the course. Monthly Payments Monthly payments should be made to the bank beginning of every month. If any student failed to pay the monthly fees on or before the stipulated date, will have to pay 7% extra as late fee. If you have any valid reason for not paying the fees on time, please email the reason to us. If the reason considered as a worthy cause, 7% penalty will be removed for the particular student. Your fees due on beginning of each month or, 30 days from your previous payment due date. (For example, if your course commenced on the 25th of January, you need to pay your 1st monthly payment on or before 25 the of January. There after your monthly payment is due on the 25th of every month.) The Colombo office will be provided with a list of names who have paid the monthly payment for each month on time. Those who have delayed the payment, will not be allowed to enter lectures. If the monthly payment has been delayed more than 30 days, late fee payment will be 10%. If the payment is delayed without valid reason more than 60 days, we consider the student has vacated her training and the student will be removed from the register. If the student needs to continue training or needs to re register at a later date, the student will have to register as a new student. She will have to pay the full registration fees and the monthly course fees as a new student. Examination fees Examination fees should be paid to the bank at least 7 days before the examination. Student will not be allowed to appear for the examination, if the examination fees not paid. How ever if any student who did not pay the examination due to a valid reason, written consent should be obtained from the centre to appear for the next examination. Until you pay your examination fees, your result will not be released. If you have not paid examinationa fees on the stipulated date, you will have to pay 7% extra as a penalty. Late fees If you do not pay your late fee along with your late monthly payment, the amount that you have not paid appear as an outstanding balance. If you do not clear your outstanding balance, your results and the certificate will not be issued to you until you clear the balance. Also you will have to pay a late fee charge for the balance. Fee for Lost Certificate & Lost Result Sheet If you have lost your certificate or a result sheet, you should have photocopies of your lost certificate or lost result sheet. If you do not bear any proof, we will not be able to issue duplicate certificate or result sheets. Once you forwarded photocopies of your certificate or result sheet, we will verify the facts and issue you with a duplicate certificate. Once you make the payment to the bank, certificate or the result sheet will be issued. Please allow 30 to 90 days for the process. Free benefits and services Please refer to the fees structure. You will find some items provided free of charge. Currently we do not charge extra for those services. Please do not pay any one for the free services. Centre may charge different charges time to time. Charges will be specified before your registration. Students who have registered under different fees structure will remain as agreed. PLEASE DO NOT PAY ANY PAYMENT TO ANY ONE OTHER THAN TO THE BANK ACCOUNT AND THE BANK PROVIDED ABOVE. CENTER WILL NOT HOLD ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PAYMENT MADE TO ANY INDIVIDUAL. IF YOU HAVE MADE PAYMENTS TO THE COLOMBO OFFICE, PLEASE ASK FOR A PAID PAY IN SLIP.
